1. Agreement to Terms These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Foxcrete Construction Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the [concreteconstructiongroup.com] website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

2. Services Provided We provide concrete construction services, including but not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, and commercial flatwork. All estimates provided are subject to site inspection and final written agreement.

3. Financing Disclaimers Financing for our projects is provided by third-party lending institutions. Concrete Construction Group is not a lender and does not make credit decisions.

  • § No Interest if paid in full within 18 months. On Concrete Project purchases of $500.00 to $40,000.00 made with your Synchrony Project Card between [Insert Start Date] - [Insert End Date]. Interest will be charged to your account from the purchase date if the promotional balance is not paid in full within 18 Months. Minimum monthly payments required.

    No interest will be charged on the promo balance if you pay it off, in full, within the promo period. If you do not, interest will be charged on the promo balance from the purchase date. The required minimum monthly payments may or may not pay off the promo balance before the end of the promo period, depending on purchase amount, promo length and payment allocation. Regular account terms apply to non-promo purchases and, after promo period ends, to the promo balance. For New Accounts: As of 07/31/2025, Purchase APR is 34.99%. Penalty APR is 39.99%. Minimum Interest Charge is $2. Existing cardholders: See your credit card agreement terms. Subject to credit approval.

4. User Representations By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service; and (3) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.

5. TCPA Consent & Communications By submitting your contact information on our Site or via our Facebook/Instagram Lead Forms, you expressly consent to receive marketing and non-marketing communications from us, including telephone calls and SMS text messages, at the telephone number you provided, even if your number is on a state or federal Do Not Call list. You understand that consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

6. Intellectual Property Rights Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Alabama/Florida. Foxcrete Construction Group and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Baldwin County shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
