Blake Henning-Owner
Blake is the owner of Foxcrete and fills many roles for the company, from accounting, bookkeeping, installer, concrete finisher, and leader for the company. He started his career in concrete through his father Scott Henning. Blake has spent years working with his father learning the trade prior to starting Foxcrete. With a desire to serve his customers with the best service and back up our work with the utmost integrity, Foxcrete grew exponentially over the years. We have since grown to be known as the Top Tier Standard in Decorative Concrete for the Gulf Coast Area. The Henning family has been serving the Gulf Coast for decades. Blake is proud to continue the family business and grow to support more families and his community.
Scott and Debra Henning- General Manager / Office Manager
Scott Henning was born in Arkansas in 1964 and shortly thereafter moved to Magnolia Springs where he was raised through grade school. Scott is married to his wife Debra of who proudly has six children together. At the early age of 16, Scott knew the concrete profession is where he would find professional fulfillment. Scott owned and operated Henning Concrete INC. and Henning Creations serving Baldwin County for over 30 years. From large commercial projects to specialty decorative concrete, his talents run deep, and his passion for concrete shows. Scott's specialty is in stamped concrete. With incredible attention to detail, and years of experience, his talents always set the standard on the Gulf Coast. Scott’s style is always that of authenticity and originality!
Debra is the glue that holds our company together! With more than 25 Years of construction office experience, she helps keep our operations organized and intact! When you call for a quote, more often than not, she is the first one you will talk to! We are extremely grateful to have her on our team!
Operations Manager
Doni is the Operations Manager at Foxcrete Construction Group. He is an ACI Certified Advanced Flatwork Finisher—one of the most respected certifications in the concrete industry. With over 20 years of experience across stamped concrete, overlays, stucco, masonry, and precision finishing, he brings deep technical knowledge and structured leadership to the organization.
Doni oversees all field operations, including crew scheduling, jobsite supervision, and quality control. He ensures that every project is executed with efficiency, consistency, and strict adherence to Foxcrete’s standards. His leadership directly impacts performance, safety, and overall customer satisfaction.
Outside of work, Doni enjoys time on the water with his family. He is married to his wife Monique and remains committed to the same values at home that he upholds on every job: accountability, focus, and results.
Joey Carmack -
Business Development Coordinator
Meet our dedicated Business Development Coordinator, Joey. His, experience in the construction field has shown to be a great asset to our team creating invaluable relations and projections. Joey started off his professional career as a United States Marine. Following his service in the military he completed a Bachelors Degree in Nursing. His true passion lies in working with people and building strong relationships with customers and clients. Joey has been married to his wife Kelly for 22 years with two children and six grandchildren. He enjoys life on the water, off shore fishing, and spending time with his family. Crew Leader
With over 35 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Joe brings unmatched knowledge and old-school grit to every job site. For the past 5+ years, he’s been a vital part of the Foxcrete team, specializing in commercial construction and offering insight into virtually every phase of the building process.
Joe’s creativity, leadership, and tireless work ethic make him a trusted go-to on complex projects. His deep understanding of construction—paired with a no-nonsense approach—helps keep teams on track and quality at its highest.
Outside of work, Joe is a devoted family man. He’s married, a proud father and grandfather, and someone who leads with generosity both on and off the clock. We’re proud to have Joe at the heart of Foxcrete.

With 10 years of experience in the concrete industry and 4 years of dedicated service at Foxcrete, Patrick is a cornerstone of our field operations. He specializes in stamped concrete projects, where his attention to detail and craftsmanship truly stand out.
Patrick leads from the front, setting the tone with his strong work ethic, reliability, and hands-on approach. Whether it’s managing crews or ensuring each pour meets the highest standards, he consistently delivers top-tier results for our clients.
