1.) Why should I buy my patio online?
We offer special discounts online that you wouldn’t be able to receive from a traditional onsite estimate. Onsite estimates take generally 2-3 hours each to perform! The old saying: Money is time and time is money! Purchasing your patio online allows us to save you some cash and allows us to spend more time with our family!
2.) What is the Deposit for?
The deposit allows us to place your project on our schedule.Cancelations cost us money, and like any other human, we try to avoid the loss! We don’t expect you to pay for your entire patio up front! However, a small deposit shows a good will of faith that you are serious about our install!! We also believe if a contractor can’t support small projects as these, you should question if they also have the money to make it right when they make a mistake!
3.) When do I pay the remaining balance after my deposit?
You pay your remaining balance when we are complete, the area is cleaned, and you are proud of your new project!
4.) I seen there may be extra Expenses, What If i don’t have the budget to cover this?
Absolutely not problem at all! We always do an onsite visit after your deposit to insure we can honor the price shown! If we have to ask for more money and it is beyond your budget, we will be happy refunding your money, no questions asked!
5.) Is this deposit non refundable?
Yes.. sorta, The only reason we would happily refund your deposit is after our onsite evaluation of your project! If it is out of budget, no questions asked and we will return your deposit! Beyond that, this deposit is considered a retainer for our services rendered and will not be returned.
6.) How do I know this isn’t a scam?
